Product Description

 This machine is suitable for scratch resistance testing of various automotive interior materials, such as plastics, rubber, leather, fabrics, including coated materials, non-coated materials and other composite materials.

Working Principle
To simulate the nails or other hard substances that may come into contact with the material, use different materials to scrape the fingers, and act on the surface of the sample with a certain pressure according to the specified direction, stroke and speed, and the scraping fingers and the sample move relative to each other. Produces unidirectional, non-reciprocating straight scratch marks.

Machine construction
Scratch resistance tester It consists of motor drive mechanism, scraping components, sample clamping and fixing device, etc. The scraping components include scraping brackets, scraping fingers, scraping positioning sleeves, pressure devices (weights and weight support rods), etc. The instrument can be installed with different specifications of scraping fingers, which can implement uniform unidirectional linear scraping motion.
